Member Day-Trade Rates – EFPs and EFSs Not Applicable
The NYMEX Executive Committee last week reviewed an issue raised concerning the applicability of an EFP or EFS transaction as a component of a day-trade for a member/member firm. Upon completion of the review, the Executive Committee resolved that EFP and EFS transactions shall not be eligible as a component of a member day-trade. This position is in conformance with the policy in place for clearing member fee audits.
