| Expansion of Trading Months for Crude Oil Options |

| Please be advised that beginning Thursday, October 2, 2003, the Exchange will list additional expiration months on its Crude Oil Option Contracts. Beginning that day, there will be options listed on the first 30 nearby futures months. In addition, options will be listed for 36, 48, 60, 72, and 84 nearby months on a June/December cycle.
