| Exchange Announces Change in PJM Monthly Open Outcry Trading Hours |

| On September 2, The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., will change the opening time of the open outcry session for the PJM Financially-settled monthly contract to 8:00 a.m. from the current opening time of 7:30 a.m. The Exchange will also change the closing time of NYMEX ClearPortsm Trading from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. due to the change in the opening time of open outcry trading. |
