Exchange Early Closing Schedule for August 29, 2003
Please be advised that the Exchange will close markets earlier on Friday, August 29, 2003, the business day preceding Labor Day. The following early contract closing schedule will be implemented: Commodity Closing Range   NYMEX Division   Palladium Futures 11:58 AM – 12:00 PM Platinum Futures and Options 12:08 PM – 12:10 PM Propane Futures *12:13 PM – 12:15 PM PJM Electricity Futures 12:58 PM – 1:00 PM Heating Oil Futures and Options *12:58 PM – 1:00 PM Unleaded Gasoline Futures and Options *12:58 PM – 1:00 PM Light, Sweet Crude Oil Futures, Options, and e-miNYsm futures 12:58 PM – 1:00 PM Brent Crude Oil Futures and Options 12:58 PM – 1:00 PM Brent/WTI Spread Options 12:58 PM – 1:00 PM Natural Gas Futures, Options, and e-miNYsm futures 12:58 PM – 1:00 PM Gasoline & Heating Oil Crack Spread Options 12:58 PM – 1:00 PM Calendar Spread Options 12:58 PM – 1:00 PM   COMEX Division   Aluminum Futures and Options 11:59 AM – 12:00 PM Copper Futures and Options 12:04 PM – 12:05 PM Silver Futures and Options 12:04 PM – 12:05 PM Gold Futures and Options 12:09 PM – 12:10 PM * Last Trading Day Spot Month – Half Hour Close (12:30 PM – 1:00 PM) The NYMEX Division Trade Processing Area will close at 3:00 PM, and the allocation system within TMS will be available until 4:30 PM. The COMEX Division OLTE System will be available for corrections until 2:30 PM.
