Approved Amendment to Supplement No. 2, "Licensed Warehouses for Copper" of the Copper Futures Contract
The Exchange has received approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to amend Supplement No. 2, "Licensed Warehouses for Copper" of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. The approved amendment adds the Southwest Commodity Warehouses, Inc. warehouse facility located at 1702 S. Euclid, Tucson, Arizona as a Licensed Warehouse for the storage of copper deliverable against the Exchange's COMEX Division Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract.

The handling and storage charges for copper at this facility are attached.

The approved amendment is effective immediately.
