Licensed Warehouse — Aluminum
The Exchange has received approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to amend Supplement No. 2, “List of Licensed Warehouses and Weighmasters” of the Aluminum Futures Contract. The approved amendment changes the name of Lanham River Terminal, LLC, (“Lanham”) an Exchange Licensed Warehouse for Aluminum, to Kinder Morgan Bulk Terminals, Inc., Owensboro Gateway Terminal. (“KMBT”). This is a result of the acquisition of Lanham by KMBT. A copy of the approved amendment is attached.

All aluminum warrants previously issued by Lanham River Terminals, LLC remain acceptable for delivery against the Aluminum Futures Contract. However, Clearing Members are requested to return all warrants issued by Lanham to KMBT so that they may be reissued by KMBT.

The approved amendment is effective immediately.
