| Approved Amendment to Supplement No. 2, "Licensed Warehouses for Copper" of the Copper Futures Contract. |

| The Exchange has received approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to amend Supplement No. 2, "Licensed Warehouses for Copper" of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. The approved amendments add the Utah Commodity Storage, Inc. warehouse facilities located at building 661, 1730 West I Avenue and building 670, 210 North Lodestone Way, Tooele, Utah, as Licensed Warehouses for the storage of copper deliverable against the Exchange's COMEX Division Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract.
