COMPLIANCE ADVISORY — Rule 6.25 — NYMEX ACCESS® and User of Passwords
All persons entering orders into the NYMEX ACCESS® system must be properly registered with the NYMEX Customer Service Call Center (NCSCC). NCSCC will promptly report any person found using the system without proper registration to the Compliance Department for investigation. Unauthorized use of the NYMEX ACCESS® system may result in disciplinary action. Please be reminded that in accordance with Exchange rules, all persons employed by Members or Member Firms must comply with Exchange Rules and are subject to Exchange jurisdiction. In addition, Members are responsible for the actions of their employees. Rule 6.25 - NYMEX ACCESS® and User of Passwords No person may use a user ID or password not assigned to him by the Exchange's Customer Service Center ("CSC"). No person may disclose or knowingly permit the use by another of the user ID or password assigned by the CSC. Each Electronic Trader shall take such steps as are necessary to prohibit any person other than a NYMEX ACCESS® Operator under the control of the Electronic Trader from using the password of any NYMEX ACCESS® Operator under the control of the Electronic Trader.
