Specifically, beginning on Monday, December 9, 2002, the new time cutoff for TAS trades in heating oil will be one hour prior to the close of the RTH trading session.
The TAS Pilot program in gasoline will remain the same in all respects.
The TAS Pilot Programs in heating oil and gasoline are currently scheduled to continue in effect through the end of the year and will be evaluated by the Exchange during this period.
