This Notice to Members supersedes and corrects Notice To Members No: 02-328 which detailed the storage and handling charges for aluminum at Lanham River Terminals LLC's facility located in Maceo, Kentucky.
The charge for the cancellation of warrants is amended as follows:
Cancellation of warrant per short ton: $20.00
The remainder of the handling and storage charges at Lanham River Terminals, LLC's facility detailed in Notice to Members No. 02- 328 are unchanged and are outlined below. These charges will become effective on January 1, 2003.

The Street Invoices prepared by the Exchange's Clearing Department, based on the information provided by the Clearing Member, should not call for the reimbursement of the handling out charges for aluminum at any of the Exchange Licensed Warehouses for aluminum. The handling out charges have not been prepaid to the warehouse by the seller. The handling out charges are payable directly to the warehouse by the market participant at the time the aluminum is removed from the warehouse facility.
