Modification to Rule 3.03, Disqualification from Board and Committee Service
NYMEX Rule 3.03 has been amended, as follows. The Rule amendment removes the three-year bar from service on governing boards, arbitration or disciplinary committees for members who have accumulated in excess of $5,000 in fines in any calendar year for recordkeeping offenses.
