Disaster Recovery Site Mock Trading Event — November 16, 2002
Please be advised that the Exchange has scheduled a mock-trading event on Saturday, November 16, 2002 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon at our disaster recovery site. This mock trading event will take place this one and only time this year. Your attendance is of the utmost importance in case we have to occupy this site. Prior to this event you will be provided a floor plan of the space as well as your booth location. The Exchange feels that it is extremely important that 2 representative from each clearing member firm and each floor member be present for the mock-trading event to get themselves familiar with the booths, phones and the areas. Please remember that this location should be kept in confidence as best we can. Staff will be there to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Refreshments and food will be served.
