Proposed Amendment to Supplement No. 4, "Approved Carriers for Gold" of the Gold Futures Contract and Supplement 3, "Official List of Approved Carriers" of the Platinum and Palladium Futures Contracts.
The Exchange proposes to amend Supplement No.4, "Approved Carriers for Gold" of the Gold Futures Contract and Supplement No. 3, "Official List of Approved Carriers" of the Platinum and Palladium Futures Contracts. The proposed amendment changes the name of Brooks Armored Car Service, Inc, an Approved Carrier for these contracts, to AT Systems Atlantic, Inc. This change is a result of the acquisition of Brooks Armored Car Service by AT Systems, Inc. The proposed amendment must be approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC").
