| OTC Clearing Services Teleconference |

| The New York Mercantile Exchange will hold a teleconference tomorrow, Tuesday, July 30, at 3:00 p.m. (EST) to discuss recent developments for the Exchange's recently launched over-the-counter (OTC) clearing services. This teleconference will deal specifically with issues as they relate to OTC clearing of power trades. Exchange President J. Robert Collins, Jr., the call leader, and senior Exchange personnel will be on hand to present key updates on the OTC clearing program including, but not limited to: Cross-margining, multi-lateral netting and offsets across all commodity platforms, strengths and benefits of physical power delivery, protection by the Exchange for physical power delivery, proposed Day 2 products, Exchange contract protection benefits vs. EEI and daily settlement procedures. Following the overview of the program, there will be an opportunity to ask questions. Domestic participants should call 1-888-276-0005. All participants should dial in ten minutes prior to the 3:00 p.m. start time to join the conference call. To ensure that sufficient telephone lines are available for all interested parties, participants should use internal conference capabilities, if possible to accommodate multiple listeners at your location.
