| The Exchange proposes to amend Supplement No. 5, "Official List of Approved Brands Acceptable on the London Platinum and Palladium Market", of the Platinum Futures Contract. The proposed amendment adds the Novosibirsk Refining Factory - Russia Platinum Brand as acceptable for delivery against the Platinum Futures Contract. A copy of the proposed amendment is attached. The proposed amendment must be approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC"). The Membership will be notified upon receipt of CFTC approval and the effective date.
