| TAS Pilot Program |

| The Exchange will extend the TAS Pilot Program in heating oil and gasoline until the end of June 2002. Gasoline will trade TAS throughout the day, and Heating Oil Futures will trade TAS from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM. The trading of TAS is allowed in the spot month only, except on the last trading day. |
