Compliance Advisory — Submission of Buy Side Pit Cards
We are experiencing an ongoing problem regarding buy side pit card submissions. ALL pit cards must be submitted, not just the sell side pit cards. Currently, many Members are routinely tossing pit cards with only buys onto the floor rather than submitting them. Please be reminded that Exchange Rules require that ALL pit cards containing trade information must be submitted to the Exchange. Pit cards containing SELL transactions must be submitted within one minute of execution and pit cards containing BUY transactions only must be submitted prior to using the next sequentially numbered trading card. Failure to submit ALL pit cards may result in disciplinary action.
