| TAS and Post-Close Session on Early Closing Days |

| In keeping with the modifications recently implemented for the Trading at Settlement (TAS) Pilot Program in heating oil, TAS will end at noon on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, one hour prior to the market close. TAS in natural gas; light, sweet crude oil; and gasoline will end at 1PM.
