Approved Amendment to Supplement No. 4, "Approved Carriers for Gold" of the Gold Futures Contract and Supplement No. 3, "Official List of Approved Carriers" of the Platinum and Palladium Futures Contracts.
The Exchange has received approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to amend Supplement No. 4, "Approved Carriers for Gold" of the Gold Futures Contract and Supplement No. 3, "Official List of Approved Carriers" of the Platinum and Palladium Futures Contracts. The approved amendment changes the name of Brooks Armored Car Service, Inc, an Approved Carrier for these contracts, to AT Systems Atlantic, Inc. This change is a result of the acquisition of Brooks Armored Car Service by AT Systems, Inc.

The approved amendment is effective immediately.

A copy of the approved amendment is attached.
