September 11 trading schedule and memorial service for September 5
The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., today announced that it will hold a staggered opening of its markets on September 11, beginning at 11 AM, and will hold a memorial service at 3:15 PM on September 5 for the 29 traders and related staff and former members and staff killed on that day.

On September 11, the markets will open as follows:

11 AM
light, sweet crude oil futures, options, and calendar spread options
natural gas futures, options, and calendar spread options
copper futures and options
Platinum futures and options
11:05 AM
heating oil futures, options, and calendar spread options
unleaded gasoline futures, options, and calendar spread options
Brent crude oil futures, options, and calendar spread options
Brent/WTI crude oil spread options
gold futures and options
aluminum futures and options
crack spread options
palladium futures
11:10 AM
silver futures and options
propane futures
coal futures


The memorial service will be held on the NYMEX Division trading floor. We hope you will make every effort to join us and the families of these individuals:
