NYMEX Member Forum Thursday, April 25, 2002
Please be advised that there will be a NYMEX Division Member Forum on THURSDAY, APRIL 25, 2002 AT 3:00 P.M. on the 3rd floor NYMEX Trading Floor, One North End Avenue, New York City. The purpose of the meeting is for the Chairman to review with the membership the purpose of the upcoming Special Meeting of Members to be held on Thursday, May 2, 2002. At the Special Meeting the membership will vote on proposed amendments to bylaw 401 ("Executive Committee") which, if passed, would increase the Executive Committee up to a maximum of seven (7) members.
