Proposed Amendment to COMEX Copper Supplement No. 1 "Official List of Approved Brands and Markings."
The Exchange proposes to amend COMEX Copper Supplement No. 1 "Official List of Approved Brands and Markings" by adding the Compania Minera Dona Ines de Collahuasi SCM copper brand "COLLAHUASI" as acceptable for good delivery against the COMEX Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. The proposed amendment must be approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The Exchange membership will be notified when CFTC approval is received and when this amendment will take effect. A copy of the proposed amendment can be found here.
