WHERE and WHEN: COMEX Division Gold Ring, immediately after the close on Wednesday, January 10 NYMEX Division Heating Oil Ring, immediately after the close on Wednesday, January 10 A brief discussion and question and answer session on legislation from the past Congress, including the Commodity Exchange Act, and current concerns such as the potential repeal of the 60/40 tax provision, transaction tax, and congressional inquiries will be held on the COMEX and NYMEX Division trading floors immediately after the close on Wednesday, January 10, 2001.
