| The Exchange has been advised by William B. Meyer, a COMEX Licensed Warehouse for Copper, that they have sold their facility located at 2 Poplar Street in New Haven, Connecticut. Therefore, this facility is no longer available for the storage of copper deliverable against the COMEX Division Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. There is no copper stored in this facility.
