| The Exchange has received approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") to amend Supplement No. 2 of the COMEX Gold and Silver Futures Contracts and Supplement No. 1 of the NYMEX Platinum and Palladium Futures Contracts. The approved amendments: (1) add the ScotiaMocatta Depository, A Division of the Bank of Nova Scotia, vault facility located at 26 Broadway, New York, NY as a Licensed Depository for the storage of gold, silver, platinum and palladium; and (2) delist the Licensed Depository located at Four World Trade Center.
