| IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL NYMEX ACCESS® USERS User profiles that contain either the old Electricity STRIP codes or expired contracts cannot be opened in the newest version of the software (released Thursday, 12/20/01 for trade date 12/21/01). You must create new profiles that do not contain expired contracts. If you have any questions, please contact the NYMEX ACCESS® Customer Service Center at 1-800-438-8616. |
