Please be advised that the NYMEX Board of Directors has determined to implement the following restriction, which is effectively immediately and which will remain in effect until further notice from the Exchange:
No Exchange Floor Member may accept any order placed directly to the Trading Floor by Enron or an Enron affiliate unless such Floor Member has received express written authorization from an Exchange Clearing Member carrying an Enron account that such Clearing Member agrees to accept any and all orders placed directly by Enron.
