The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., today announced that it would amend the trading hours for its platinum futures and options contracts and palladium futures beginning on Monday, November 5.
The open outcry trading hours for platinum will be 8:20 AM to 1:05 PM; and the open outcry trading hours for palladium will be 8:30 AM to 1 PM. Platinum and palladium futures will also be available for trading on the NYMEX ACCESS® electronic trading system from 7 PM Sundays, and 3:15 PM Monday through Thursday through 8 AM the following morning.
