COUNSELING SERVICES RESOURCES
As a result of the World Trade Center disaster, some individuals may be having a difficult time adjusting to recent events. In an effort to assist in locating counseling resources which may be of help, we have been in touch with the American Psychiatric Association (APA). The APA has offered to provide one or two free consultations with one of their member doctors, who are located in New York, New Jersey and Westchester. Please note that if more than the two complimentary consultations are necessary, you should coordinate your ongoing caregiver with your individual insurance provider. If you are interested in taking advantage of this program, please contact Human Resources at 212-299-2294; located on the fifteenth floor. Human Resources will provide your name to the APA, and they will contact you to set up an appointment. Should you be experiencing any difficulties at all, we encourage you to take advantage of the free service being offered by the APA. It is available to all occupants of One North End Avenue.
