| The Exchange has received approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to amend Supplement No. 2, "Licensed Warehouses for Copper" of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. The approved amendment delists the South Carolina State Ports Authority with facilities located at the Union Pier Terminal and the Columbus Street Terminal in Charleston, SC as an Exchange Licensed Warehouse for copper. There is no copper stored in these facilities.
The approved amendment is effective immediately. |
