Deadlines for EFPs and Notice of Intention to Deliver and Accept for the October 2001 Crude Oil Futures
The deadline for submission of EFPs in the October 2001 Crude Oil Future has been extended to 12:00 P.M. Monday, September 24, 2001. The deadline for submission of Notices of Intention to Deliver and Accept by clearing members for the October 2001 Crude Oil Futures contract has been extended until 1:00 P.M. on Monday, September 24, 2001. Clearing members may submit Notices of Intention to Deliver or Accept prior to the revised deadline as they are available and may amend submissions until the Monday 1:00 P.M. requirement. All floor members and their clerks, as well as clearing members, are requested to dedicate all resources to resolve any open trade discrepancies in order to facilitate the submission of the required information.
