| Approved Amendments to Supplement No. 1, "Official List of Approved Brands and Markings" of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract" |

| The Exchange has received approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to amend Supplement No. 1, "Official List of Approved Brands and Markings" of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. The approved amendments delist the MAGMA and MSEW brands of copper cathodes produced by BHP Copper. BHP Copper terminated production of these brands in 1996 and there are no cathodes bearing these brands in Exchange Licensed Warehouses for copper.
