Approved Amendment to Supplement No. 4, "Approved Carriers for Gold" of the Gold Futures Contract"
The Exchange has received approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to amend Supplement No. 4, "Approved Carriers for Gold" of the Gold Futures Contract. The approved amendment changes the name of Brambles Security Service, Inc. to Securicor International Valuables Transport Inc/Securicor Valuables Transport Inc. The name change is a result of the acquisition of Brambles Security Services Inc by Securicor plc. A copy of the approved amendment is attached. The approved amendment is effective immediately.
