Proposed Amendment to Supplement No. 3, "Licensed Weighmasters for Copper" of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract.
The Exchange proposes to amend Supplement No. 3, "Licensed Weighmasters for Copper" of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. The proposed amendment adds Southwest Commodity Warehouse, Inc. as an Exchange Licensed Weighmaster for Copper. The proposed amendment must be approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC"). The Exchange membership will be notified upon receipt of CFTC approval and the effective date.
