Proposed Amendment to Supplement No. 4, "Approved Carriers for Gold" of the Gold Futures Contract
The Exchange proposes to amend Supplement No. 4, "Approved Carriers for Gold" of the Gold Futures Contract. The proposed amendment changes the name of Brambles Security Service, Inc. to Securicor International Valuables Transport Inc/Securicor Valuables Transport Inc. The name change is a result of the acquisition of Brambles Security Services Inc by Securicor plc. A copy of the proposed amendment is attached. The proposed amendments must be approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC"). The Exchange membership will be notified upon receipt of CFTC approval and the effective date.
