| The Exchange has received approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") to amend the Supplements of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract, the Gold Futures Contract, the Silver Futures Contract, the Aluminum Futures Contract, the Platinum Futures Contract and the Palladium Futures Contract. The approved amendments update the addresses and telephone numbers of the service providers to these contracts. The approved amendments are effective immediately.
