Proposed Amendment to COMEX Aluminum Supplement No. 1 "Official List of Approved Brands and Markings"
The Exchange proposes to amend COMEX Aluminum Supplement No. 1 "Official List of Approved Brands and Markings". The proposed amendment changes the name of the producer of the "NSA" brand of aluminum from NSA Ltd. to Century Aluminum of Kentucky LLC. The Exchange has been informed that NSA Ltd. has been acquired by Century Aluminum Company and that the company name has been changed to Century Aluminum of Kentucky LLC. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission must approve the proposed amendment. The Exchange Membership will be notified when Commission approval is received and the effective date.
