Proposed Amendment to COMEX Gold Supplement No. 3 "Approved Assayers for Gold" and COMEX Silver Supplement No. 4 "Approved Assayers for Silver.
The Exchange proposes to amend Supplement No. 3, "Approved Assayers for Gold" of the Gold Futures Contract and Supplement No. 4, "Approved Assayers for Silver" of the Silver Futures Contract. The proposed amendment adds Alex Stewart (Assayers) Ltd. as an Approved Assayer for the COMEX Division's Gold and Silver Futures Contracts. The proposed amendments must be approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") before becoming effective. The Exchange membership will be notified upon receipt of CFTC approval and the effective date of the amendments. A copy of the proposed amendments is below. Proposed Amendment.
