Approved Amendment to the NYMEX Platinum and Palladium Futures Contracts to Add Brink's Inc. as an Exchange Licensed Depository.
SUBJECT:Approved Amendment to the NYMEX Platinum and Palladium Futures Contracts to Add Brink's Inc. as an Exchange Licensed Depository. The Exchange has received approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to amend Supplement No. 1 of the NYMEX Platinum and Palladium Futures Contracts to add the Brink's Inc. vault facility located at 652 Kent Avenue, Brooklyn, New York as a Licensed Depository for the storage of platinum and palladium deliverable against the Exchange's Platinum and Palladium Futures Contracts. Brink's Inc's charges for platinum and palladium are attached.The approved amendment is effective October 1, 2000.Copies of the approved amendment are attached. CAPITAL LETTERS indicate additions, bracketing [ ] indicates deletions.

There is no charge to issue a contract for an Exchange warrant.

There is a $5.00 replacement charge for each warrant.

There is no internal vault charge when transferring metal from Non-Exchange to Exchange.

Standard Exchange Contract out charges will be assessed when transferring metal off an Exchange to Non-Exchange.
