Effective May 31, 2007, no new CME Globex Trader licenses or IDs will be issued. CME anticipates CME Globex Trader will be decommissioned by the end of this year.

The limitation of CME Globex Trader to futures markets, aging functionality and infrastructure, and the declining user base have led to the decision to decommission CME Globex Trader.
