Dear CME Globex Customers,
This Sunday June 11, 2006 (for trade date Monday, June 12), CME is scheduled to launch access to NYMEX Energy futures on the CME Globex platform.
The Day One NYMEX products are currently available in the CME certification environment for customer testing.

Mock Trading Session This Saturday, June 10, 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. Central time, CME is hosting a mock trading session to prepare for the June 11 launch of NYMEX products
on the CME Globex platform. End-to-end (clearing) testing will be supported during this mock trading session. Please contact
your NYMEX clearing firm for more information.
Please note: Customers must purge and repopulate their instrument database before joining the mock trading session. More information

The updated NYMEX Energy Products on the CME Globex Platform Client Impact Assessment, with Give-Up information, and an FAQ are now available.
Market Data Information In the CME certification environment, CME will disseminate electronically-traded NYMEX market data, in RLC format only, on
certification channel 20, and Instrument Creation (MO) messages on channels 1 and 16, on the CME Market Data Platform; and on CME Market Data API (MD API) under the TIBCO subscription subject CMECERT_NYM.> On CME MD API, MO messages will be
disseminated under the TIBCO subscription subject CMECERT.>
In the CME production environment, CME will disseminate electronically-traded NYMEX market data, in RLC format only, on production
channel 20, and Instrument Creation (MO) messages on channels 1 and 16, on the CME Market Data Platform; and on CME Market Data API (MD API) under the TIBCO subscription subject CME_GB2_NYM.> On CME MD API, MO messages will be
disseminated under the TIBCO subscription subject CME_GB2.>
The complete NYMEX ITC-format market data feed (including pit-traded market data) will be available only from NYMEX.
Consistent with current CME policy, CME-disseminated NYMEX market data used for trading purposes via order-routing systems
will be fee-waived. To redistribute any NYMEX market data for non-trading purposes, whether sourced from CME or NYMEX, customers
are required to execute the NYMEX Market Data Agreement. Contact NYMEX Market Data Services for more information and a copy of the Agreement.
CME will support a top five depth of market for electronically-traded NYMEX products. NYMEX data redistributors may combine
depth of market with top-of-book data so long as the NYMEX Market Data Agreement has been executed.
