Dear CME® Globex® Customers,

NYMEX has determined to maintain the NYMEX miNYSM energy futures contracts on the CME Globex electronic trading platform, and to defer any major CPT system changes or related migration of these products, until further notice.

The October contract month of the NYMEX miNY crude oil and natural gas contracts accordingly will be listed for trading on the CME Globex platform effective 5:00 p.m. Central time today.
