Dear CME® Globex® Customers,

The June 2005 product benchmarks for the CME Globex Messaging Policy are now available; several benchmarks have changed since May. In addition, the messaging threshold has been increased from 1,000 to 3,000 messages per trading session per product group.

The surcharge phase of the CME Messaging Policy has been postponed to August 1, 2005, to allow a thorough analysis of trading activity during the June roll.
