Dear CME^® Globex^® Customers,

As previously announced, CME is introducing the CME Market Data Platform (MDP) this summer, and has made available the detailed development documentation pertaining to this release. We have recently made some modifications to the CME MDP Developer's Guide related to the distribution of Instrument Creation (MO) Messages. CME will no longer disseminate the MO messages down the related data channels. Instead, we will utilize the administrative channel to disseminate the MO messages. Please review this updated version of the developer's guide for details.

We have also just published two new documents in anticipation of the upcoming release: the CME MDP Certification Environment Connection Guide and the CME MDN and CME MD API Migration Guide. The connection guide details the requirements for VPN connectivity to the CME MDP certification and test environment. The migration guide provides router, network and configuration information to assist existing CME MDN and CME MD API customers with the migration to the new CME MDP.
