As previously announced, CME is introducing the CME Market Data Platform, a new market data dissemination method, early in the third quarter of 2005. The new platform will consolidate the existing CME Market Data API and CME Market Data Network, but will maintain the existing market data message formats. The new CME Market Data Platform will require less bandwidth and allow for superior scalability.

The Market Data Platform Developer's Guide and Message Specification are now available at www.cme.com/marketdata. The CME certification environment and CME AutoCert tool will be made available to customers late in the second quarter of 2005.
