Dear CME Globex Trader™ Firm Administrators and Users,

Effective Tuesday, February 1, 2005, CME will streamline the CME Globex Trader User ID process.  All new requests for CME Globex Trader User ID’s will transition from CME Globex Services to the Technology and Integration area in the GCC.  This will provide customers with a single point of contact for all related activities regarding CME Globex Trader User ID’s.  These activities include:

  • New Requests or Changes (Schedule 4)
  • Registered Contacts (Schedule 3)
  • Deletion Requests (GCC020 and Schedule 4)
  • Issuance of User ID’s

Effective, Tuesday, February 1, 2005 please direct all activities related to CME Globex Trader User ID’s to the Technology and Integration area.  The new fax number to submit your documentation is 312-715-6255.  Please call (312) 456-2391, Option 7 if you have any questions.
