Dear GLOBEX® Customers,

As previously announced, Chicago Mercantile Exchange will roll out functionality enhancements to support the implied spread trading of Eurodollar Butterfly spreads on GLOBEX on October 18, 2004. In anticipation of this release, CME will conduct a mock trading session in the production environment on Saturday, September 25. This testing is tentatively scheduled to occur between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Central time (CT). CME is requiring the participation of all customers whose trading systems allow Eurodollar trading.

Please confirm your participation in the mock trading session via e-mail to Katherine Patrick by Thursday, September 23, 2004. Upon receipt of your confirmation, additional information regarding the Saturday test logistics will be sent to you. Please provide the following information with your reply:

• Firm Name
• Trading System Name
• Saturday Contact Name
• Saturday Contact Number
• Saturday Contact E-mail Address

Testing and Certification
In addition to the production environment mock trading session, testing for this new functionality is available in the iLink/MD API certification environment and in CME Autocert. Please note, all systems which allow Eurodollar trading should certify on the new functionality.
