Dear GLOBEX® Users,

Previously Chicago Mercantile Exchange announced a change in the maintenance window hours for the month of June to accommodate the Eurodollar FRA Futures contract testing. A "match" will continue to be simulated in the certification environment Monday and Wednesday through Friday at 3:00 p.m. Central time (CT).

Effective Tuesday, July 6, 2004, the certification environment maintenance window will change from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 - 5:00 p.m. CT. This extended window will allow CME additional time to retest the environment after each maintenance session. Please note, the 12:00 - 5:00 p.m. CT window includes the 4:30 - 4:50 p.m. CT GLOBEX system maintenance window.

These new hours are reflected in July's certification calendar. As a reminder, CME development support is available Sunday through Friday 11:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. CT. Please call CSET at 312.930.2322 for assistance.
