Dear GLOBEX® Customers,

FirmSoft 3.1.4 Rollout
Effective upon the commencement of business on Sunday, May 23, 2004, FirmSoft 3.1.4 will be moved into our production environment. This new version of FirmSoft includes two enhancements users will find helpful in managing order information:

1) FirmSoft 3.1.4 will return all working GTC (Good-'Till-Canceled) and GTD (Good-Through-Date) orders on working order searches regardless of the time parameter specified on the query. This change is necessary to ensure that customers are aware of GTC and GTD orders that may be working and would not have shown up in previous versions of FirmSoft since the iLink database that FirmSoft queries contains only the entry date for working GTC and GTD orders.

2) The order detail page will be enhanced to include additional order history information regarding cancellation attempts.

Accessing FirmSoft 3.1.4
Accessing the new version of FirmSoft will require no changes for existing FirmSoft users. All existing FirmSoft user IDs and passwords will remain valid.
