To All CME Certification Environment Users,

Effective January 1, 2005, CME will no longer offer ISDN connectivity to the CME iLink^® and Market Data API certification environment. All customers using ISDN circuits to connect to the certification environment should migrate their connections to our VPN solution. For more information regarding the VPN solution for certification environment connectivity, please refer to the attached overview document. To request a new VPN connection to the certification environment, please complete and return the attached VPN Access Request Form.

For customers for whom VPN backup connectivity is not an option, CME will now allow certification environment connectivity via production circuits connected directly to CME in Chicago (not via a European hub), subject to certain conditions, before the end of the year. For more information regarding this secondary option, please contact your CME Globex Account Manager.
